Jon Arterton and James Mack have been singing together since they met in 1997. They were legally married in Provincetown, Massachusetts in 2005. Jon is the founder and conductor of St. Petersburg’s 150-member One City Chorus which specializes in singing uplifting songs about peace, equality and social justice. He earned a Master’s Degree from the New England Conservatory of Music, appeared on Broadway and founded the proudly gay a cappella group The Flirtations seen in the film Philadelphia. James studied to become a Southern Baptist minister but instead turned his people skills toward managing an exclusive men’s clothing store in Manhattan and owning an eight-room guest house in Provincetown where they lived until moving to St. Petersburg in 2016. They now spend their summers in the mountains of western North Carolina.
