On May 14, 2013, The Stanford Criminal Justice Center hosted the discussion "Proposition 36: The Story of How CA Reformed the Harshest Aspects of its Three Strikes Law." David Mills, founder of Stanford Law School's clinical education program, was the keynote speaker at the discussion and spoke on how the state's Three Strikes Law got reformed and what it now means for those who can benefit from it.
