Jay-Z's club 40/40 is being sued by a group of all-star entertainers including Kanye West, Michael Jackson and Pharrell Williams. A group of twelve artists are claiming the club's spinning their hits without paying them royalties. Broadcast Music Inc. also known as BMG is representing the group. But a rep for the club says so far they haven't been served with legal papers.
