iPhone 4S Freezes

Several times a day a call alert shows up and the iPhone freezes. My only way out is to force-restart the phone.

While the call alert is on, the iPhone wont go to sleep, it overheats and the battery runs out fast.

I have fully restored the system and the problem is still there. Any advice?

varias veces al día, cuando entra una llamada que no contesto, mi nuevo iPhone queda bloquedao en esta pantalla y tengo que hacer un reinicio forzoso para salir.

Mientras está bloqueado no entra en sleep, se recalienta y se le va la batería rapidísimo.

Ya reinstalé el sistema e hice lo básico. Alguna idea?
