An art exhibit at Italy’s Museion Bozen-Bolzano museum consisting of cigarette butts, empty bottles of champagne, paper streamers, confetti and pieces of clothing was thrown away by cleaning staff who thought that it was trash left over from a party the night before. The installation, entitled “Where shall we go dancing tonight?” by artists Sara Goldschmied and Eleonora Chiari, was meant to represent hedonism, consumerism and financial speculation in the 1980s Italian political scene, according to the museum's website. We look at the mixup on the Lip News with Elliot Hill and Mark Sovel.
