Do you see a business opportunity? Do you want to invest in Africa, Asia, Latin America or Middle and Eastern Europe? And are banks reluctant to provide the required risk capital? Maybe then, the Netherlands Private Sector Investment Programme, PSI, is something for you!
The Private Sector Investment Programme, also known as the PSI programme is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Development Cooperation. Each year substantial funds are made available.
With a record of over 1600 projects in 50 countries, the PSI programme stimulates foreign and Dutch companies to invest in developing countries in order to boost economic activities, create employment, to train people and to fight poverty.
PSI invites you to submit your businessplan. If your project fits the PSI criteria, PSI will pay up to 50% of the total project costs as a grant with a maximum of 1.5 million euros.
Pilot projects can be submitted to NL Agency / NL EVD International, an agency of the Dutch Government that is responsible for the implementation of this programme. More information: www.psiprogramme.nl
