There have been many songs written about America Song writers have written songs like Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus Born in the USA by Bruce Springsteen God Bless the USA by Lee Greenwood which was recently covered by Beyonce Toby Keith Courtesy Of The Red White And Blue Red White and Blue Lynyrd Skynyrd AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL by Ray Charles Artist like Luther Campbell did songs like Banned in the USA and Prince America After September 11 2001 we always wanted to write a song like that Some people might say they're young black and from the south singing that song do they know the history of America? You can look at it as the glass half empty or half full We look at it as half full It's still a lot of racial issues and social problems in this country After 911 we had a lot of security issues On 5 1 11 we learned about Bin Laden's death we hope the war on terror get better It seem like its getting better We hope it stay this way Say what you want about this country but you can be Black White Hispanic Asian immigrant from anywhere and come to this country with a little bit of start up cash and in 10-15yr you can become rich and make enough money to support your family and send your kids to school There are all types of opportunities for people who are willing to work hard and sacrifice It's a lot of people's dream from all over the world to get to America to have a better life
