December Holidays are upon us here in South Africa, which means loads of sunshine, family time, and the more-than-occasional braai (for those of you not accustomed to the term, it's South African for barbecue, or cook-out) . So, we here at Kitchen Hacks thought what better than a trio of back-to-back episodes in which Kate can give us the low-down on various braai cooking methods she's found on the internet?
