Prog Review 61: A Farewell to Kings - Rush

So in an attempt to redress the balance and to review the three "Sectors" box sets put out by Rush at the tail-end of 2011, I have decided to review all the albums in sequence from those box set and to then do a general review of the three sets to summarise at the end. It's going to be a long hard slog, but I know you tough guys can handle it.
