Though decried as a mere publicity stunt, I take the creation of The Big O Burger with the utmost seriousness. Like that French restaurant critic who opened a restaurant, I am opening myself to ridicule from the entire hamburger-eating community. So in the first of a series of videos, I am documenting the arduous process of creating the perfect hamburger. It all begins, naturally, with the meat.
