The Virgin Birth - 2:50

It may have been an overstatement to say that most historians and linguists agree, but instead that there is some dispute. The word used was Al-mah, which does mean young woman and not particularly virgin. The point was brought up that a young woman in hebrew culture was almost always going to be a virgin. However, this is never the case for a pregnant young woman. It says that the mother would be a young women, without putting out an emphasis on sexual purity. If the prophecy was referring to immaculate conception, then it should have stated it instead of relying on a reader's interpretation, which can easily be biased or misinformed.

A little bit on Gospel Prophecies; you might want to watch this first, though it isn't 100% necessary.

Throughout the Gospels there are many recurring themes:

-Lack of historical evidence
-Not backed up by other Gospels
-Contradicting accounts given in difference Gospels
-Attempts to fulfill prophecies
-Events and actions that don't make sense
-Events that are physically impossible (if something is impossible now, why should we believe it was possible 2000 years ago?)

Here I examine the major events (and some of the not so major events) of the Gospels. If it's an event that we would expect historians to mention but don't (in the Gospels historians don't mention these events), I'll let you know. If it's an event that is contradicted or not backed up by other Gospel accounts, I'll let you know. If it's a blatant attempt to lie to give the appearance of a fulfilled prophecy, I'll let you know.

Basically this video will debunk all four Gospels almost in their entirety. Please enjoy.
