I started the blog so that I could get and keep accountability going for the 84 days and also beyond. I intend to not just stop at eat stop eat but also go further with perhaps more intermittent fasting or maybe getting into building muscle as the next step. Basically I really like the simplicity with which Brad has written his programs, I am assuming the others are the same as the eat stop eat program in that they are simple. FOr those of you that have read the eatstopeat program you will know what I am talking about and hopefuly it was a welcome change like it was for me. I had literally just come to a point where I couldn't even attempt any more diets or exercise routines because I had done so many before and they basically ruled my life for so long, long story short I never ended up sticking with them. I am sure that is not the case for everyone but it was for me and if you can relate to that you know exactly what I mean.

So what have I been doing?

I have been following the eat stop eat diet for 19 days now and I have lost 8 pounds in my first 16 days of the plan!

I am rocking it and compared to other diets I have done my stress levels are way down!
