Unsalted butter, soft - 70 grams Caster sugar - 150 grams / 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder - 53 grams (Hersheys, Cadbury's and the kind) Salt - tiny pinch Cream - 3/4 cup / 180 ml ( I use Amul, 25%, please read note) (you can also use heavy cream if you can find it) Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon. Instant coffee - 1 teaspoon (optional, but good)
