Why? Because most breads contain a list of ingredient words I cannot pronounce.

To my demise, I found out that some time during my baking career that Fleischmann's Yeast had changed their product ingredients. I was suffering from night cramps, and did not find some of the connection.

This video contains my review about Fleischmann's Yeast. Not a good review because of the added ingredients. I now use Red Starr yeast instead.

It took me about six weeks of not eating bread to get up the nerve to try any bread. In the interim I used no yeast. It is much cheaper, and I like the bread as well.

I can stuff this flat bread with whatever is in my refrigerator, and your family will love eating this meal. You don't need yeast. You don't need to knead the dough. You don't need to wait for the dough to rise. Faster than making bread. This is a great food for diabetics, pancreatic cancer or just losing weight because the food is balanced.

No ingredients added to the flour and, most importantly, no ingredients added to the flour - - balanced. This dough does NOT need to be made in one cooking session. I have left the dough covered in the refrigerator for a week, and it still works - - there's nothing to hurt -- like the rising of the yeast 'cause there isn't any yeast. YAY!

I make up one or two for a meal, and store the rest in the frig. homemade bread is now cheap, easy and tastes better because it is fresh without additives and preservatives. Eat a natural diet for better health naturally.
