A 9 step manual train track switch on the Mount Washington Cog railroad. It is the most complicated switch in the world. The moving parts weigh 200lbs This switch is no longer in service and you will not see it if you ride the cog now. I am not sure when it went away. Lucky for you I recorded this video when it existed. Also they now run MOSTLY diesel trains that are quiet and have no smoke and cinders. My problem with this is that as we subtract the old style switches and the steam engines we no longer have that charm the cog railway always had of stepping back in time 150 years.
