People involved with OWS, OccupyBk and O4O first sang down the Kings County Forceclosure Auction in October, where a court holds a public auction of foreclosed properties. Most of these, as we know, were once homes to the working poor. They returned this past Thursday. Cell phone with cameras were not allowed in the courtroom itself, and on this video, you can watch one activist who snuck in a cell phone have it seized and the file deleted. Unfortunately, this might be one of the only videos, and it was made after we were removed from court. All in all, they took 38 arrests, overwhelmingly violations that will likely be dropped, and three out of the four auctions were halted for the duration of the day. Direct Action gets the goods. Reproduce the victory.
