this is one of the oldest malay traditional cooking, easy to do, cheap and taste heaven!
1 small onion & 1 garlic (chopped) 5 Prawn 1 small cup of chicken meat & fish cake (cut small) 1 medium size carrot & a little bit of onion leaf (cut small) 1 small cup fresh bean sprout 1 small bowl of vercimilli, white/yellow noodles, kuey teaw (you can try to find it at chinatown)
oil 2 tablespoon salt and white pepper (to taste) 3-4 cup of water
First: heat the oil, put onion, garlic, prawn, chicken and fish cake cook for about 1 minutes
second: put the water in, stir and boil
third: put all the vegetables (carrot, onion leaf, bean sprout) boil for about 1 - 2 minutes
fourth: put the noodles in, simmer for 1 minutes. And ready to eat
