By reducing the intake of these substances, cellulite will accumulate less, and remaining cellulite will be easier to get rid of.
2) Regular exercises: Try to exercise regularly. When you exercise for cellulite removal, you're not only helping to get rid of ugly cellulite, but you are also getting healthier as well. You don't have to visit your gym 24/7 but you should spend 2-3 hours working out every day . eg, 10 to 15 minutes a day, 2-4 times a week is ideal.
