This is my result(3/6) of the 3rd assignment of Computer Animation & Simulation course by Prof. Jernej Barbic at USC.

The content contains constraint particle system consists of 11 particles in a gravity field. The first node is attached/fixed at the very top of the red ring, and the last node is required to be on the ring. Other than the above constraints, all the neighboring nodes are connected by an edge with length (1 / # of nodes); therefore, the total length of the chain equals to one. The integrator method used in the simulation is Euler.

The feature in this simulation is the "Cutting Edge Effect", which shows the constraints still work even if one of the edges between adjacent nodes is cut off.

All the materials to implement are OpenGL in C/C++.
