This picture is the larva of a Japanese beetle (not a nematode), also found in some Morgellon patients. This video shows that materials are distributed from a plane in hydrogel beads, the capsules can contain living tissue, DNA, live microbes, nematodes, DNA arrays, in fact, any cells whatsoever. They can be distributed silently and cannot be seen with the naked eye.
The nozzle you see is one where beads go through holes between two turning discs to ensure a uniform flow of beads. I don't know what the airforce has.
