This is the first video I have seen that actually is for beginners even though the other videos also say for beginners. I kept up with you really well until the last 2 moves you did. Suggestion is to wear tighter and lighter clothing next time so we can see how your hips swing and whether you're contracting your abs. Thanks for the video!
