The potato is in the period from May to June.
I tried making simple salty flavored meat and potato using the delicious ingredients ♪

Recipe ♪
500 g potatoes
60 g of carrots
Pork belly or shoulder loose 170 g
1 teaspoon salt
Sugar picker
Water 150 - 200 cc
2 tablespoons wine or white wine
Freshly ground pepper
All-purpose onion
