A New Standard for the VR Intro Cinematic | Landfall | Oculus Rift VR

In all my days of observing this planet everything contained within, I have yet to encounter such an intro cinematic as what was offered in "Landfall" for Oculus Rift.

Now, not much is really going on in the cinematic, as it merely involves flying over the ocean, drifting by islands, leading into war - accompanied by an excellent voice over, describing the world we find ourselves in - this engaged me as a player to know more about the world, and introduced me to the scale of the game.
