If someone was hurt or in danger, Robin Comstock would do anything to help. She proved that on the morning of August 21st.

Robin was driving to work from Nottingham to Manchester when a car in front of her was broadsided at an intersection. Without hesitation, she jumped into action to aid the passengers. She calmed and reassured the driver's teenage daughter and then quickly moved to assist the more seriously injured driver, Sharon Robichaud. The exploded airbags and residual dust were suffocating Sharon, who was wrapped like a "U" around the steering wheel. Robin opened the door, allowing a rush of fresh air into the vehicle and moved the air bags aside. She kept Sharon conscious and calm and provided compassionate care for the two women until the first responders arrived.

Sharon is so thankful that Robin was travelling behind her car that day. "I am confident," she said, "that God placed her there to take care of me." Robin's actions remind us all that the kindness of strangers can make a huge difference in our lives.
