If the universe is 13.8 billion years old, how is the observable universe 93 billion light years wide (as noted in "YouTube Video vs. The Universe")?

Hey there! You r great. Just one question (if you could do a video about it that would be awesome! With reference to what frame is the age of the Universe measured? In other words, if time is not absolute, what is the reference frame which is used to calculate the age of the Universe as 13.82 billion years? I mean there is a quora about it, but it doesn't seem helpful. does the same time has passed here and in other galaxies? Have the electrons of a helium time in earth spin the same amount of times as in andromeda or inside the black hole in the centre of our galaxy?

And from B category sci-fi series, we know that traveling between universes is much easier than let's say, colonising the moon :D

@Frijole(for some reason youtube is not allowing me to reply to you right now) The age of the universe is estimated to be 13.8 billion years. While it is commonly understood that nothing can accelerate to velocities equal to or greater than that of light, it is a common misconception that the radius of the observable universe must therefore amount to only 13.8 billion light-years. This reasoning would only make sense if the flat, static Minkowski spacetime conception under special relativity were correct. In the real universe, spacetime is curved in a way that corresponds to the expansion of space, as evidenced by Hubble's law. Distances obtained as the speed of light multiplied by a cosmological time interval have no direct physical significance.
