Recipe is as follows:
2 eggs 1/2 cup applesauce 1 tsp vanilla (optional) 1 Tbsp honey or you can use agave (if you do use agave, it's really sweet, so you can get away with a little less!) cinnamon (as much or as little as you like) 1/2 cup almond meal (ground almond)
Cook on med/low - make sure to spray your pan or use some coconut oil! Once they firm up you can flip them :)
