Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour (whole wheat or unbleached is healthiest)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 1 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup wheat germ (or I prefer flaxseed)
- honey
- mini cookie cutters (I got this set at ROSS for $3.99 during Easter)
- rolling pin
- mixer

***This recipe is AWESOME because you can bake these treats for a less amount of time and result with SOFT treats, or longer for CRUNCHY treats. Keep in mind that soft treats will only last for 1 week room temperature! The crunchy treats will last APPROXIMATELY 1.5-2.5 weeks in an airtight container at room temperature or up to a month in the refrigerator. :) Hope you guys enjoy!
