For the uninformed: Ultra Quality is the highest visual setting on Doom 3. When you switch to it, the game even suggests that you need "At least 500MB of video memory" to run it.
Well, with a GF8500GT, 2GB of RAM and a dual-core 64-bit processor, this game runs damn well on Ultra.
This video DOES NOT do it justice. Compressing it down removes all the detailed quality, but it does look pretty.
Too bad it doesn't help the game any.
I was originally gonna make a joke video as somehow the game got lowered to 640x480, showing off the "awesome quality" on a small resolution, but somehow the FRAPS video went out-of-sync. But the idea was sound, and decided not to abandon it.
