Thanks for including the SMTP options as I had to use port 465...THANK YOU so much.
Tony, Great video! I have a question before I setup Outlook 2010 with my Google Apps domain email. I currently have a total of 5 different email accounts (addresses) set up in my Google Apps account. Once I setup Outlook 2010 with my Google Apps domain email address, do you know if the mail from the other 4 email addresses (the one's I have set up within that Google Apps account) will arrive in Outlook?
I really appreciate the info and your quick response. Your awesome! Thank you and thanks for sharing your knowledge. It has assisted MANY of us!!!
Tony, Thank you so much for the quick reply. What is an alias'? Are they email addresses with the same domain as the Google Apps domain? 3 of the addresses are from different domains and one is a regular gmail email account address. I actually DON'T want the email from these accounts to go into Outlook, (at least for now). That is why I am asking before I make the change.

Dear Sir, I am not able to set up it
Simply put, if the mail goes into the mailbox you are setting up, then it will come into outlook. Now.. there may be creative ways of not getting them to come into outlook by skipping the inbox, labels, etc. but I don't know these ways yet. I don't personally use outlook, I did this video for a client I working with remotely and put it on here for people with the same problem. :)
If they are alias' of the main mailbox they will be brought in. If they are in different accounts/boxes then you will have to set up all 5 in outlook.
