The body position and rotation from the pelvis/hip in swimming is vital to the efficiency of the swimming stroke. The "UNCO" drill presents the opportunity to focus on the head and body position with most swimmers say they feel totally UNCO after it. This drill really helps swimmers understand the importance of bilateral breathing and if they are not, how they become dominant on one side and therefore weaker on the other which may develops further stroke problems.
