In this video we look at two examples of how to find the mean (average), median and mode of a group of numbers. The average is found by adding all of the numbers of the group, and dividing by the total number of numbers. The median is the middle number of a group that is arranged from smallest to largest when there are an odd number of numbers. When there are an even number of numbers, we take the average of the middle two numbers. The mode is the number that occurs most frequently in a group of numbers.
