The Grinberg Method (http://www.GrinbergMethod.com) is a structured way of teaching through the body. It uses touch, breath, movement, physical exercises, description tools and techniques to increase one's ability to pay attention. It teaches you to recognize and stop repetitive physical and behavioral ways of being that limit you. The aim is to allow you to go beyond these limitations, move toward what you wish for, and accomplish an actual change that appears in your life and body.
This video is a general lesson in transforming pain that you can practice on your own. It teaches you to stop your automatic response to pain and through this transform the experience and reduce the suffering often so closely associated with it.
