How to make Samosa's

2 large Potatoes (boiled)
1 cup of Green Peas (or any vegetables of your preference, boiled)
1 cup of warm water
1 pack of Egg Roll sheets
Salt and Pepper for taste


To prepare the stuffing for the samosa's, you will have to begin by combining the boiled potatoes with 1 cup of green peas.

Following this you may choose to add a bit of salt, pepper, and spices. These ingredients will promote the flavour and the degree of spiciness of the samosa's.

Once you have prepared your stuffing, you are ready to prepare the samosa's. Begin by laying out one sheet of the egg roll on a cleaning surface. Place your desired amount of the stuffing in the centre of the egg roll.

Using a brush generously spread the egg wash around the perimeter of the egg roll.

To form the samosa's simply fold in the two corners of egg roll. Your aim is to create a triangle.

Once, you have prepared all of your samosa's your ready to fry them over medium heat, until they are golden brown.

Remember to allow the samosa's to cool, prior to consuming it.
