Chancellor of Soul, Mike Boone presents legendary radio personality, Frankie Crocker's radio rap that was featured as the intro on his night time 7pm slot on New York's R&B / Soul AM radio station, WWRL (Super
1600) located towards the end of the dial. During the height of his popularity, Frankie personally selected 22 nostalgic R&B hits for a Lost-Nite complilation LP entitled, 'The Best of Frankie Crocker'.

Frankie introduces in the beginning of the LP, a version of his famous rap featured on his RL radio show,
he especially composed for the album. Listening to the smoothness in Crocker's voice truly made him as
as one of the 8th wonders of the world in radio.
