Pretty funny to see all the dislikes on this video when all he is doing is giving out honest advice. It goes to show just how many people are taking those drugs and took offence to honest advice. Classic.

IF isn't skipping meals, you eat the same amount of calories. It's a tool to help control over eating. You. are. a. fucking. idiot.

+Izabel Pavlova  If you have a huge appetite (like myself) you can still overeat on "healthy" foods. Not everyone likes/can afford/ wants to eat all raw food. IF isn't starving yourself. I eat 1 or 2 meals a day usually and I'm not hungry throughout the day and I still get all of my macros and most of my micros.

Intermittent fasting isn't "meal skipping", it is choosing to consume your meals in a smaller window of time. Who are you to dictate the time certain meals should be consumed? Just because people choose to eat their foods in a shorter time frame doesn't mean that they are "skipping" a meal.
