On the final day of our War Dance to bring the world's attention to our need for a peace and dignity around our Coming of Age ceremonies, the quiet of our river was invaded by an armada of thunder-engined powerboats. If any Forest Service official were courageous enough to talk with us, it would be interesting to hear if they still think a "voluntary closure" could possibly be effective.
PLEASE contact the US Forest Service, and anyone else you think could make a difference, to tell them to allow a closure of the river for our Coming of Age ceremonies: Randy Moore, Regional Forester 707-562-8737 firstname.lastname@example.org
