An effective way to winterize your fig trees if you live in the Northeast or other moderately cold areas. I live in New Jersey. I have 9 trees currently, consisting of 4 different varieties and I have found this method to be very reliable over the past 5 years. I have not lost a single tree, nor have I had any years with no fruit. I hope this video can help anyone trying to grow figs.
