This is the official way of downgrading your iPhone 3g or 3gS iPad baseband 06.15.00 back to 05.13.04. Doing so will bring your GPS and few other functionalities back in action that got disabled when you installed iPad baseband.
METHOD: Procedure to go about this is simple. Just launch Redsn0w 0.9.14b1 and go to 'select iPSW' option. Then turn off your iPhone completely. Then hit 'Jailbreak' button. And finally select 'Downgrade iPad baseband' option. Make sure to Uncheck Cydia if you already have it on your iPhone 3g/3gS. This could take 8-10 minutes so relax and let it do its thing. Finally you will be on 05.13.04 baseband.
If Users are getting 'No Service' after downgrading iPad baseband then simply re-install Ultrasn0w and Mobile Substrate from Cydia. Also turn off 3g in Settings - General - Network. Then reboot. All Done.
