"Fish curry in tamarind sauce is a tangy & spicy recipe popularly known as Chapala pulusu in Andhra Pradesh state of India. Fish curry is well blended with tamarind juice and other spices. It is also called as Meen Kozhambu in the Tamil Nadu and Ke"


tamrind 30 Grams
turmeric 1 Pinch
cumin 10 Grams
ginger garlic paste 10 Grams
cumin pdr 10
coriander pdr 20 Grams
curry leaves few Leaf
mustard 3 Grams
fenu greek seeds 3 Grams
fish 500 Grams
garam masala pdr 3 Grams
sesame seeds 10 Grams
red chilli pdr 10 Grams
onion 3 Small
coriander leaves 1 Springs

Roast sesame seeds, fenugreek seeds, coconut pwdr. Fry onions andnbsp;make the paste of both mixtures.

Heat oil andadd mustard, cumin, curry leaves, gr chiili, ginger garlic paste andnbsp;cook for few minutes

Add the paste of the ground spices and cook, add tamarind paste, coriander pwdr, cumin pwdr, chilli pwdr and add tamrind juice and cook for 15 min.

Once the sauce thickens add fish and simmer.

Finish with coriander leavesnbsp;and garam masala
