Geelong's waterfront, once a drab industrial site with little to commend it, has been beautified over the last 20 years, and now includes an impressively large ferris wheel. On a perfect Autumn Saturday morning, my wife and I took a ride on the wheel, and shot this simple film with a Kodak Zi8 mini digi-cam. It's a critical test for the picture definition produced by these excellent and inexpensive cameras. Victoria's second-largest city now boasts of an attractive prospect, as you'll see.
