Rather than bulldoze and grade, developments that incorporate existing natural features are proven to have multiple benefits: from aesthetic, water quality, and flood protection right on down to the bottom line. This fully integrated system of more than one-hundred BMPs manages stormwater runoff on a 59-acre, 259 unit residential community through infiltration.
