Just because hip thrust are the best bigger butt exercise does not mean it is the only butt exercise you can do. It is the most effective butt exercise since your butt will move thru a much more greater range of motion but overall...

Getting a bigger butt is all about making your butt stronger each time you workout by NOT using those little pink girly weights and striving to use more weight, more repetitions or sets with each passing workout you do.

Can you imagine how big and sexy your butt will be after working up to 135, 205 or 225 for reps in hip thrust!?

Hip thrust is the best exercise you can do for a bigger butt (butt bridges would be 2nd place) but what makes hip thrust so much better than butt bridges is the fact that your butt is worked thru a much greater range of motion so you can basically think of butt bridges as a partial hip thrust.

Imagine if someone asked you what would give you better results faster if you did partial squats vs. full squats? Both would work but your thighs and butt would definitely look better quicker doing full squats but back to hip thrust...

To get the bigger butt you want it's very important that you are using heavy weights so I'm not talking about using weights where you can do 15-to-30 reps or even more than 12 reps.

You need to find a weight that is heavy enough to only allow you to do about 6-to-12 reps per set and you want to do 4-to-8 sets per workout and probably even 6-yo-8 sets if the hip thrust is the only exercise you are doing for that workout.

You can perform this exercise or workout 1-to-3 times per week, you're more likely to do it 3 times a week to start off but as you get stronger you will only be able to do it 1-to-2 times per week and as a matter of fact it's a good idea to begin doing hip thrust only 1-to-2 times a week because...

Don't think that that more is better. Your butt gets bigger when you're not working out or when you are not at the gym. Your butt needs protein and rest from the heavy intense hip thrust workouts you do in order to rest, recover, grow and get bigger.

If you do 4-to-8 sets of hip thrust truly using weights where you can only do 6-to-12 reps per set but you still feel like you can do MUCH MORE then you seriously need to make sure you was using heavy enough weights.

If you don't have weights and are looking to get results then I suggest you do the 4 minute or 5 minute butt workouts that have in the bigger butt playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list... but don't expect to get a big butt like CoCo, Kim Kardashian or BeyoncΓ© without weights but you'll get a nicer butt that you'll probably be satisfied with without using any weights

You can also Stretch out your hip flexors (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XctGj...) & lower back (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ta0g-...) before doing hip thrust to increase range of motion of the exercise for a better butt workout.
