Hello everyone and thanks for watching!

Today, we made crepes stuffed with flambé oranges, raspberries and blackberries. That we then, burned with orange liquor. (if you are cooking for children, you can leave the alcohol off, though keep in mind that when you flambé the alcohol content will burn off making it safe for everyone).

This is a great dish for single guys to impress girls, but it is definitely a fantastic dish for brunches, mother's day, father's day, etc.

The recipe couldn't be simpler. For the crepes you will need:

1 glass of whole milk (1 cup)
1 large egg at room temperature
A pinch of salt
5 or 6 tablespoons of all purpose flour (enough to thicken up the batter to a drop consistency)

For the flambé;

Raspberries and blackberries.
About a tablespoon of sugar
Orange liquor (or a good spirit to flambé).

For the chocolate sauce;
I oz good quality dark chocolate
5 tablespoons of water.

Heavy whipping cream (whipped to serve).

Enjoy! Feel free to leave your comments and questions.
