The "I Create Jobs!" Project in the Philippines is an important template in seeing what is possible when people gather their resources and tear down eminent deprivation because people are without jobs or that almost everyone fight over low-lying job vacancies.

Folks, the two primary causes of this escalating unemployment of skilled and employable population here in the Philippines--the problem of education inflation and skills-mismatch. The problem on skills mismatch is echoed by the International Labor Organization (ILO).

"These skills mismatches mean that unemployed people need much longer to find a new job, which in turn drives up long-term unemployment," says Labour Economist Theo Sparreboom, one of the authors of the ILO's recently published Global Employment Trends 2013.

How does the "I create jobs!"project solve this problem? Your direct contribution will almost instantaneously create income opportunities for Filipinos.

This campaign will include organizing the first activity where we are going to get mentors that will provide their business sense, experience and expertise similar to what the Oprah's life class club offers; similar to Tony Robbins' coaching on change of mindset and taking massive action. It will include sessions on entrepreneurial and financial literacy; online--related skills set like online marketing, web development, creative arts, and content building. It will also include sessions on skills related to getting hired as virtual assistants for business process outsourcing in medical and health-related industries, in product development, in sciences, in engineering, in finance, in tourism, in agri-business, in manufacturing, in marketing, advertising, communications and customer service.

Filipinos are highly recommendable for business process outsourcing because we understand and speak English, it is our medium of instruction from elementary to post graduate studies and that we are familiar with the western culture. These are big elements crucial to business operations. They have bearing to your business bottom line month on month. Understanding and taking instructions as well as execution of directives are not a problem. However, we are not a first world country. There is a need for us to innovate, to be familiar with and be trained on current techniques, technology and industry standards. The good side about us is, Filipinos are very intelligent, hardworking and very loyal. There is a strong culture of loyalty, honesty and dedication towards our employers. We are highly teachable and your trade secrets are safe because most of us are happy being employed by sincere employers who compensate us well, we tend to remain loyal with our employers. Culturally, we are satisfied with employment that gives us long term security.

The "I Create Jobs!" Project will radically upgrade the capabilities of our participants. No one has to be trapped in the skills mismatch because you would have directly opened new jobs for our participants.

The activity that we are holding is a boot camp. This intervention is entitled "Solving Skills Mismatch Boot Camp 2013". This activity addresses the skills mismatch crisis in the Philippines. A live stream video of our featured boot camp activities will be posted so that we can do a live streaming across the country for Filipinos with access to the internet, either individually or in groups. Anyone can watch the live stream for free. Your contribution will pay for the streaming service. There will be an interpreter for the deaf to make the conference accessible to the deaf, so that we can create opportunities for the deaf as well. To further optimize the utility of the documentation and materials released during the conference, a digitized version of these materials will be made available and downloadable for FREE. Anyone who is interested in contributing is in effect CREATING JOBS continuously!

In addition, "I Create Jobs!" will offer Free Open Education on English proficiency to all participants of the boot camp, "Solving Skills Mismatch Boot Camp 2013". The English course will have three modules to be conducted on a separate schedule.

The "I Create Jobs!" need you. Let us mobilize job creation today. Let us make this happen.
