Marc co-founded Beirut-based Eastline Marketing in 2006 and is presently its CEO and Managing Partner. The company offers comprehensive services in the domain of Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search Marketing, Online Advertising, and e-PR.
Marc founded his own company after a prestigious career in Canada. He holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems and Knowledge Management from Concordia University, Canada. He has worked in various fields including Business Process Coordinator, Inventory Coordinator, as well as Y2K Consultant at Microcell Solutions, Canada.
After one year as a Project Manager at BlueSponge Inc, a leading Canadian interactive solutions company, he was promoted to General Manager and Chief of Operations. Amongst Marc's biggest accomplishments at BlueSponge, he created an online marketing department in which he formed and trained a team. Marc has also managed high scale projects that have won numerous awards including South by South-West, Canadian New Media Awards, Vidfest, Webbys Awards, Gemini Awards, New York Festivals, Boomerangs, BIMA (British interactive media awards), Bell Fund 10 year anniversary award, Moebius United Nations Design award, Digital Marketing award, Prix Media and the most prestigious Cannes Lion d'Or.
Marc has also been recognised in a number of business awards schemes. He was invited to participate in an Online Marketing class at the the American University of Beirut (AUB) as well as at the Cisco Entrepreneur Institute and in May 2011 Marc was chosen as a High Impact Entrepreneur by Endeavor, a non-profit organisation dedicated to identifying and supporting the continued growth of a select group of entrepreneurs in emerging market countries.
