If you're looking to get rid of your celulite on the back of your legs then introduce this healthy and hot hamstrings workout and hamstrings exercise that my trainer Ryan Watson takes me through in prep for my fitness model photo shoot this weekend.

Notice the different toe positions during the hamstring exercises to make the hamstrings work at different intensities. And notice that this workout includes some glute exercises/butt exercises because most hamstring injuries occur because the glutes are too weak so the hamstrings kick in for support.

These are just a few hamstring exercises you can incorporate into your female fitness model workout and one of the best ways to get hot hamstrings is SPRINTING! Look at the leanest and hottest legs in the world and you'll see they are on a pair of sprinters. Hamstrings are a fast-twitch muscle fiber so when you train them you need to use them explosively in your movements.

Here's the exercises from the hot hamstring workout:

Exercise 1: Exploding Leg Press (only do this if you feel prepared, warmed up, and are with a certified training partner)
Exercise 2: Single-leg Hamstring Curl 3 x 15
Exercise 3: Stability Ball Hamstring Curl 3 x 15
Exercise 4: Glute-Hamstring Bridge 3 x 20
