More than 100 CPS students from 6 high schools will gather at Loyola University’s Mundelein Hall Auditorium for a day-long election simulation on Friday, March 4, 2016.
The simulation, designed to inspire students to vote and participate in the electoral process, is days before the March 15 Illinois Primary and coincides with the civics course unit on elections. Cook County Clerk David Orr met with the students to discuss the importance of voting and the election process.
