About Teresa Buecker:
Since 2012 Teresa Buecker has been working as contributor/ speaker for Social Media at the Bundestagsfraktion of the SPD (Social democratic Party of Germany).
Before that engagement, she used to be the Social Media Manager of the directors board at the SPD and has worked on digital forms that helped increase participation for citizens. From 2008 until 2010, Buecker was in charge of the resort "Community und Social Media" at "der Freitag" and has developed concepts for relaunching the online gigs/ appearances of the portals and has set up the blogger community of the weekly paper.
She is co-founder of the political Thinktanks D64. She also writes and publishes as an author for the FAZ blog "Deux ex Machina" about relevant themes and topics such as: digital society focusing on the change of the working world, communication, relationships and feminism. Often she is invited to speak at conferences about political communication, love in the virtual world and topics about gender differences.
