This video is divided into 10 stages of 10 planks building in intensity and skill. Make sure you can perform 20-30 seconds of each exercise in each stage before attempting the next stage. A great workout every 2 to 3 days would be to work on one stage or a few chosen exercises and do 3 sets of 20-30 seconds for each exercise. Be patient and don't even attempt the more challenging options until advised by a certified fitness professional and the previous stages seem easy to you when performed with perfect technique.
