*Scope mounts are needed if you use some type of external scope (duh). Let it be a rifle sniper scope, flip up sights, or a red dot sight this scope mount can get it done. A Scope mount is just as important as the scope itself! If the scope mount is uneven and loose it will change your sight picture. With that said this 5ku scope mount is solid and great bang for the buck. Carbon fiber making it very light weight it has metal screws to hold it in place. Although I had to loctie a screw into place it was to be expected because of the price I paid. You can check it out on Airsoft Club, it arrived well packaged and on time. My goal of the scope/ scope mount set up was to have it so it didn't take away from the gun. Seeing how the gun was already a 4.3 (smaller than most) if I had a scope mount that used the rail, drilled onto the frame, it would actually take away from the look of it. THis carbon mount sits more towards the rear of the gun and makes the gun look alot bigger than it actually is (mission accomplished!)
This video is part of a series on building a (better) gas blow back pistol, with its main focus being a Racegun for IPSC style shooting. However you do NOT need to be building a racegun to watch these videos! These reviews will help improve your pistol, help you save some money, and hopefully save you the time and frustration.
